RICHARD E. “Dick” RUSSELL, CMS, USAF, (Retired) has been in aviation for over 47 years as a Pilot, Flight Instructor, and AF flight crewmember and flight examiner/instructor with over 19,000 flight hours. He holds an MBA, MAS, MPA and 4 other college degrees. He has flown several different makes and models of airplanes, helicopters, gliders, including civilian and military jet aircraft. He is also a retired police officer, and has been adjunct faculty for numerous colleges and universities including Embry Riddle Aeronautical University for over 20 years. He holds FAA ratings that include ATP CE650, 560XL, CFII, MEI, Helicopter, Glider and seaplane. He is proud to have been associated with Generals Doolittle, Scott, Mortensen, Novaresi, Wahleithner, Hartinger, and Gill as their Senior Enlisted Advisor or Chief NCO, and was an advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Defense and Assistant Secretary of the Air Force. He nominated Congressman Sonny Montgomery to receive the Air Force Reserve Order of the Sword in 1987. Chief Russell also served as an advisor and personal assistant to Sheriff Duane Lowe while he served as the Reserve Forces Coordinator and Police Academy Manager. He is a Life member of AFA, NCOA, AFSA, VFW, American Legion, DAV, and received citations and awards from numerous groups and associations.  Check out my Scrapbook!!!
